Meditation for Relaxation


A weekly meditation class for the beginner or the more advanced meditator.  The session is taken by Sue Reid who incorporates movement, breathing and mindfulness creating a feeling of calm.

Friday Night Meditation

Friday Meditation class for 1 hour and 15 minutes with Sue Reid and Leanne Stephens. This will help you stay calm for the weekend. This includes gentle stretching, yogic breathing techniques, guided meditation, yoga nidra relaxation and sound experience with aromatherapy.
$20 per person

Monday Morning Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a Yogic Relaxation Meditation technique.  Also called sleepless sleep or conscious sleep.  It allows you to enter a state of deep calm for your body and your mind. The body lies down in Savasana for optimal stillness.
